Dear Valued Patients, 

We would like to wish you a Happy New Year from the entire team, we hope you and your family had a wonderful holiday season. As we start the new year, we want to share with you important updates regarding our office policies and your dental insurance benefits to help you and our office provide a quality dental experience in 2026 and years to come. 

Insurance Benefits: Due to the constant change in insurance, our front office staff does their best to give you an estimate of what your out-of-pocket expense will be. Unfortunately, even with an approved pre-authorization from the insurance companies, it is still not a guarantee of payment. It is the responsibility of the patient to know their insurance coverage and cover any expenses insurance declines to pay. 

Billing/Outstanding Balances: 

· Our office has updated our systems recently to send payment links right away to patients on balances owed, this payment is due at the time it is sent in order to keep your account in good standing. 

· Payments / Co-Pays are now due at time of service.

Scheduling and Cancellations: In order to better serve our patients and to respect the time of our staff members we require at least 2 business days for cancellation/ rescheduling to avoid being charged the cancellation fee. The cancellation/last minute fees will now be $75 for a 

Weekday appointment and $100 for a weekend appointment. Confirmation of your appointment must be made within 24 hours or the appointment will automatically be removed from the schedule.

Late Arrivals: Our office understand sometimes unexpected traffic or delays happen, we allow a 10 minute grace period before the appointment is canceled and a fee charged of $75 for 

Missing The Appointment, please give yourself enough time to mitigate any issues that may arise with arriving on time to your appointment. 

These policies are put in place for us to continue providing quality care and respect your time as well as our staff members’ time. We appreciate having you and your family members as patients and wish you a wonderful new year.
